What Meta charges per message
Meta's per-message charges are billed in addition to the plan fee. On BYO plans, Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly. On Managed Wallet, each message is deducted from your wallet at the Managed Wallet rate above.

How to estimate your monthly bill
On a BYO plan, your monthly cost is messages × Meta's rate + the plan fee, before GST. For example, 5,000 marketing messages on the Starter plan is 5,000 × ₹0.8631 = ₹4,315.50 to Meta, plus ₹649 for the plan, a total of ₹4,964.50 before GST.
