Aryan Tech World Pvt. Ltd. ("wChatFlowAI", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and WhatsApp Business API credentials when you register for wChatFlowAI. We also collect usage data, log files, and analytics to improve our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send transactional and promotional communications, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on servers within India. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We maintain audit logs of all access to personal data. We are compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
4. WhatsApp Message Data
Message content processed through our platform is used solely to deliver the service. We do not read, analyze, or monetize the content of your WhatsApp conversations. Message logs are retained for 90 days by default and can be deleted on request.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how you use our platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Razorpay for payment processing, Meta (WhatsApp Business API) for messaging, and a transactional email service provider for notifications. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
7. Your Rights (DPDP Act)
Under India's DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 72 hours.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year after termination for legal compliance. Transaction and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian GST law. You can request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
